Yes. Our Nilotica shea butter is certified USDA Organic and is COSMOS-compliant for EU cosmetic applications. Certificates are available for download in our Buyer Portal or upon inquiry.
Our minimum wholesale order is 100kg. Sample orders (100-200g) are available for $45, including international shipping. Sample costs are credited against your first commercial order.
Yes. A lot-specific CoA including fatty acid profile, moisture, FFA, peroxide value, iodine value, and microbial testing is provided with every shipment. Additional testing parameters available on request.
Yes. We ship globally. We have experience exporting to the USA, EU, UK, and beyond. We provide all necessary export documentation, including certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and customs documentation for your destination country.
Standard terms are 50% advance payment with order confirmation and 50% against shipping documents (Bill of Lading). For established buyers with a track record, extended terms may be available. We accept wire transfer (T/T) and major international payment methods.
Typical lead time is 4-7 weeks from order confirmation to delivery at destination port (sea freight). Express air freight is available for urgent orders or samples at an additional cost.

Yes. Our standard product is raw, unrefined, cold-pressed Nilotica shea butter, which preserves the full natural nutrient profile. We do not offer refined or deodorised Nilotica at this time.
